[Accepted] Forum Favicon Empty [Accepted] Forum Favicon

The forum needs its own Favicon, it'll make the website feel more like "Forum Services." When I have multiple-tabs open on my browser, your page gets lost with the EFS favicon. It'll make it easier to find you on the tabs rather than hovering one by one.
