I meant the Forum the background color of " news and announcement " here and the background color under this forum. I think forum back section bg color is light white and the inside bg color is deep. How to add both bg color?

There is two different bg color. One is forum bg color i indicated. Another one is the left and Right side bg color i indicated. I think this one is inside color of forum
